Embody The Balance was created with the intention to help inspire those who are ready to elevate their wellness journey. Our approach is focused on integrating wellness into a sustainable lifestyle for others, and equipping them with the knowledge needed to confidently pursue your health goals. It can be easy to get caught up stressing over implementing the right routine or program, but true wellness is more than just checking boxes – it's about living fully. Movement and nutrition are the mere starting points when it comes to living a healthy life, but the key to longevity is by building off of those foundational points.

Meet Our Coach

Ray is the head personal trainer and yoga instructor at Embody The Balance. Her journey in the wellness industry started in 2019 after becoming a Certified Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga Instructor in Goa, India. Wanting to deepen her yoga practice, she realized the next step to help her progress through the Ashtanga Series was to get physically stronger.

Adding weight lifting to her weekly routine, changed her entire view of what a balanced healthy lifestyle genuinely looked like. Through years of research and experiential learning, Ray naturally progressed to become a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. With her background in Yoga, she was able to find the perfect harmony of strength, flexibility, and endurance.

Recognizing the prevailing knowledge gap in the wellness industry, her overarching mission is to simplify the profound benefits of what true wellness looks like. All while forging a personalized approach for each individual to incorporate nourishing meals, daily low-impact movement, and strength & mobility training weekly.
